Oral Sedation

This sedation is taken orally, typically one hour before your visit. You’ll experience a decrease in dental anxiety and discomfort, with effects varying based on the prescribed medication and dosage. This option helps you feel more relaxed while remaining conscious throughout your procedure.


Oral sedation offers you the convenience of taking your medication at home before arriving at our office. You’ll find this method particularly beneficial if you have moderate dental anxiety or need extensive treatment. While you remain awake and responsive, the medication creates a drowsy, calm state that makes your dental experience much more comfortable. Many patients report having little memory of the procedure afterward, and you may even fall asleep during treatment while still being easily awakened when needed.

Nitrous Oxide

Often called “laughing gas,” nitrous oxide is inhaled through a comfortable mask prior to your treatment. You’ll stay alert and awake but feel significantly more relaxed throughout your procedure. The effects wear off quickly once the mask is removed, allowing you to resume normal activities.



Nitrous oxide provides you with an ideal balance of relaxation and awareness during your dental visit. My hygienist was very good and cleaned my teeth had them looking like new , in the following days people have asked me if I did a whitening and complemented my smile this really made my day, this will be a regular stop of mine every 6 months !!

  • I have been going to Dr. Implant for the last nine months definitely I will recommend this dentist office. For anyone who is in need of implants for any reasons. Dr. Jose Alberto and his staff are bilingual they are very professional and attentive will answer any questions you have especially when it comes to scheduling appointments. Dr. Jose Alberto office uses the latest equipment which it is kept clean all the time. The main reason I went to Dr. Implant is because Dr. Jose Alberto is very knowledgeable to lastest techniques and the materials of implants that are available now. That I was able to get for myself and continue living my life without interruptions. Also Dr. Implant does have several finance that are doable to fit in your personal budget. Thank You Dr. Implant for all you have done. 😊
