As leader and director of Dr. Implant’s in-house dental labs in Miami and South Florida, Daniel Ross is a master technician in dental approaches with CAD/CAM digital design. Prior to working with the Dr. Implant team, Daniel was a frequent lecturer for Schütz Dental in Germany, where he gained an immense amount of skill and expertise in EXOCAD, digitally guided dental implant surgery, and Digital Smile Design protocols. Daniel has extensive experience in a variety of dental laboratory procedures, including custom porcelain veneer fabrication, guided All-on-4® dental implant placements, and more. No matter the procedure you need, our in-house lab will ensure fast turnaround times and world-class results that will leave you with a truly magnetic smile.
An in-house dental lab allows our dentists to work face-to-face with lab technicians to provide the most efficient and customizable patient experiences possible. At Dr. Implant in Miami and South Florida, Dr. Jose Alberto and Daniel Ross (Master Technician in CAD/CAM dentistry) will work directly with you to develop a digitally guided, technological approach to your specific dental treatment. With in-house lab services, the time to create your preliminary and final prosthetics will be dramatically reduced.
Our Dr. Implant offices in Miami and South Florida are also home to advanced state-of-the-art dental technology, much of which is used in our lab to produce top-level prosthetics and fabrications made from industry-leading composite materials. Our lab provides full-service digital guidance for implant bridges and crowns, PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) fabrications for temporary dental implant prosthetics, zirconia fabrications for final implant prosthetics, and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and intraoral scanners, which we use along with our 3D printer to deliver customized fabrications that are precise, down to the micrometer.
Our Master CAD/CAM Dental Lab Technician works directly with Dr. Alberto to deliver a fully customized treatment plan for every Digital Smile Design patient we see. A proper treatment plan is essential for delivering top-quality end results, and this is made possible by the state-of-the-art in-house services of our dental lab.
Technology is a mainstay at Dr. Implant in Miami and South Florida, including the use of intraoral cameras, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanners, and 3D printers to produce digitally-guided results that are second-to-none in terms of quality and aesthetic brilliance.
